7050 Relations with Educational Institutions and Organizations
It is the policy of the Board of Trustees that strong lines of communication be maintained by the College with other institutions and organizations which provide College students with programs, training, or services not available in the College.
The President may enter into such cooperative ventures with school districts, other institutions of higher learning, or private, nonprofit corporations or associations organized for the purpose of providing studies which correlate to the College's curriculum and help students better accomplish educational outcomes.
Before entering into any agreements, the President shall secure the approval of the Board regarding any arrangements that would substantially affect the use of College resources or require substantial additional resources of the College.
In order to maintain cordial and constructive relationships with private and parochial schools, the President or his/her designees shall maintain liaison with the administrations of all such schools that enroll significant numbers of students in the College in order to be aware of any program changes that may be planned that could affect this College.
