The Board of Trustees believes that all reasonable means should be employed to keep the public informed on matters of importance regarding College policies, finances, programs, personnel, and operations. It is the purpose of this policy to provide the ways and means to accomplish this purpose.

The President shall direct an information program designed to acquaint the citizens of the community and general public with the achievements and the needs of the College so that the overall institutional image is enhanced.

Toward this end, the Board shall provide stakeholders with opportunities for orientation and information regarding the College.
