6750 Joint Use of Facilities

The Board of Trustees authorizes the provision of in-kind services, combined with funds and services of other local and county governmental bodies to provide facilities from which the entire community, children and adults alike, may derive benefits.

In accordance with this policy, the Board shall, as either opportunity or need arises, and as it is entitled to do so by law, join with the two (2)local municipal governing bodies in acquiring, improving, equipping, operating, or maintaining such jointly-used facilities.
