6250 Disposition of Real Property

The Board of Trustees believes that the efficient administration of the District requires the disposition of real property no longer necessary for the maintenance of the educational program or the operation of the College.

The President will get authorization from the Board prior to the sale of property.

The President will develop guidelines for the disposition or sale of real property.

All transactions related to the sale of real property will be approved by the Board.
