1 Foundation Offices

Section 1.1. Registered Office.

The principal office and registered office of the Henry Ford Community College Foundation (the "Foundation") shall be 5101 Evergreen Road, City of Dearborn, Michigan, or such other place as the Board of Directors shall determine.

Section 1.2. Other Offices.

The Foundation may have offices at such other places, . either• within or without the City of Dearborn, as the Board of Directors may determine.
