8 Foundation Annual Audits and Fiscal Year

Annual Audits

There shall be an annual audit of the financial affairs of the Foundation by a disinterested auditor approved by the Directors.

Fiscal Year

The fiscal year of the Foundation shall be the fiscal year of the Henry Ford Community College or such other fiscal year as may be determined by the Board of Directors.
