502 HFC Buildings and Grounds Committee
The Buildings and Grounds Committee shall be composed of three regular members of the Board and is charged with providing policy guidance for the management of the facility assets of the College. In addition, an alternate member shall be appointed and will attend committee meetings in the absence of a regular member. The Committee shall:
develop and periodically review policies for facility management.
Monitor facilities management for compliance with Board policy, laws, and government regulations.
Monitor the adequacy and condition of facilities in conjunction with the mission of the College.
Monitor plans for new construction or the renovation of facilities.
